Rates
- $175 per 50 minute individual session
- $225 per 75 minute individual session (where indicated)
***I may also have additional limited slots through the Open Path Collective***
Out-Of-Network Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance company. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I will provide you each month with a “Super Bill” that contains all necessary information for submitting out-of-network claims to your insurance provider. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits (procedure code is ‘90837’ for psychotherapy, modifier ’95’ for online therapy)?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
You are also welcome to utilize Reimbursify, an application that helps you understand your out-of-network benefits and to recoup reimbursements from insurance companies, for a small ($3.95) fee.
Payment
I accept cash, check, credit card and multiple online pay sources for payment. Payment/co-payment is due at the time of our session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, it is required you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, I do have to charge the full rate of the session.
